Zingerman's Roadhouse is home to an annual dinner that benefits U-M Transplant Center. Each year, transplant medicine doctors and transplant surgeons take turns staffing the event - as waiters. The menu is always a fantastic collage of flavors created especially for the event by Chef Alex Young. We'll also have a brief live auction, which is always fun.
This year the transplant physicians will be your servers. Enjoy the feast and encourage - or harass - our celebrity wait-staff!
